How to Redeem Points
Exchange for official store credit
Exchange Rate 100 Forum Points = 10 Official Store Points
1

Click "Points Redemption" in the top menu to open the Points Redemption Center.

2

Check your points balance and choose your reward — for example, redeem 100 forum points for 10 official website points.

3

Fill out the redemption form: your name, email, select your reward, tick the confirmation box, and submit.

4

Our team verifies your request and contacts you within 48 hours. Once verified, your forum points are deducted and the official website points are credited to your account.

NOTICE: Submitting the form is a redemption request, not an instant exchange — our team contacts you within 48 hours to verify. Points are deducted upon successful verification. Redemption is available for members at Level 2+ or with 200+ forum points. More rewards are on the way — branded merchandise, limited detail-up parts, special kits, double-points days, and a monthly "Build of the Month" contest.
